schools that i've applied to: Sage, Chatham, VCU, JMU, Touro, Temple, USP
schools that i dont want to go to : Sage, Touro
Schools that arent accepting my classes : Chatham
schools that lost my shit: Temple, USP
schools that i havent heard back from :VCU, JMU
there is a program at ithaca.. kinda.. its their first year and they were just accredited for entry level.. so i woudl litterally be the only person in the program
grad school is looking good for me so far considering the only school that i can go to at this point is sage..

clearly this info is what we've been missing

i had a very very real dream that i got 2 tattoos in one pop
one on the top of my thigh and the other one on my hip
one was a frog the other was 2 lizards..they were both hieroglyphic style

ok so i got 4-5 possible schools
Chatham University:
in pittsburgh, PA. according to wiki. pittsburgh is rated as one of the most liveable cities and its supposed to be pretty clean.
its about 7-8 hrs away from Sound Beach and 2-3 hrs away from my cousins in PA . theres no application fee or assistantships there and im scheduled for a mandatory interview this friday at 1pm

Sage Grad. school
in albany NY
i think this one is one of my tops. its undergrad is all girls but its grad is co-ed.
its like 2 hrs or so from NYC so if i need to go home for something im set.

Touro:
Bayshore LI
its still on LI. both pro and con. but mostly con, i dont want to go to school so close to shawn and life with my family still. the only way i applied to this b/c it would be cheaper to live w. my fam.
i think its bad news bears tho.

Brenau:
Gainsville, GA
pro: 1 1/2 hr away from my fam. in GA & they have a partnership with this farm for hippotherapy which is mad cool.
con :all girls, baptist. plus i got the whole yankee thing going on.

Virginia Commonwealth U:
Richmond, VA. my dad's side of the family lives in richmond and my cuz is mad cool . my other cuz that lives there has 2 kids so i would like to be around for them to grow up.

i wanted to go to this one a few yrs ago.. and i applied by accident this semester b/c online apps. got mixed up pretty bad. so since i already paid for it and have seen the campus i might as well send in the rest of my information right?
well its in harrisonburg and is beautiful. im not sure how far it is from my fam but its still in the same state.

i kinda got really side tracked when writing this and left it up when i was watching TV and my dad prob read it.. oops. whateves. -
im seriously debating if i should go to the interview at chatham this weekend..its liek 7-8 hrs away .. and i wanted to visit cortland before i went away to FL.. i really should have gone this weekend but whateves.
so to visit pittsburgh or to not visit.. its a far drive but then i would be sure of what im missing or not. chatham i think will be the easiest to get into but which ever school i go to thats the state that i'll be licensed in..although i would get a national certification too..
i cant perticularly see myself in PA but then again i dont know too much about it

any tips? i feel like i go thru this every 2 yrs or less

getting all the grad school stuff together succckkss
i called the 4 schools i had sent all of my paperwork to and each of them have different paperwork for me - also i find that the grad schools dont really advertise their tuitions and fin. aid so now im trying to track that down
i acutally started looking at what suffolk had for certificate programs.. maybe that would just be easier to pick up a completely different direction in life.
i applied to touro.. i dont want to stay on LI.. nor do i want to commute like an hr everyday to a town thats oh-so-close to shawn EVERYDAY thats such bad news bears
ahh i need to get out
i kind of want to go to this school in GA but i think it might be all girl, which idk if i could do. plus its in GA and i dont want to have to deal with the old south mentality.
i have no more money! and im going to get trapped on LI going to touro and im going to start dating shawn again and it will be good at first and then it will suck and i'll cry EVERY DAY OF MY LIFE- hes going to work in a supermarket and then i'll cheat on him with jonathan who will be making big bucks in the city and then shawn will find out and crush my skull
i hate this more than anything in the whole damn WWOORRRDDDD-D-D-D-D-D

yeah 1/2 way thru i started realizing how redonk all of this sounded.. but that fictious story made me 'LOL'so i went with it

so last post was of the drunk variety
it was after i ran into shawn at a bar and it was AWK. since then there have been many a drunken text message/ e-mail . sober messages/e-mails
things were REALLY bad then good then not so good then Bad now they're mostly good again.
its all silly break up stuff

so i had to to go the mt. st. vincent website to get the address for transcript requests for grad school . its the WIERDEST thing to look at the pictures on their web site and to see how their entire webpage is geared towards admissions and not for the students that actually go there. looking at the pictures especially was wierd cause i knew where each one was taken exactly..they just make it look so amazing and awesome but once you get there its nothing like the pictures or what they said it would have been like

so im home for the summer
no wild or crazy plans as of yet butme and nicoleP might go_______<to be figured out later um this semester was kind of a waste school wise i had to get alot of lame classes out of the way, next 2 semesters are gonna suckBALLZ but whateves- im taking a summer class and volunteering..somewhere- plans? eh? anyone? i wanna do fun stuff ..tons of it so my roomie this seemster sucked- i slept all of never but then she got kicked out of the dorms cause she threatened to pull a nine on a teacher so i got a single for the last week or 2 of school letterboxing anyone?

so im home for winterbreak - i think i have about 5.5 weeks till i go back... i should probably get a job but i dont know if that will acutally happen or not. this entire semester everytime i tried to write it just ended up me running down the hall or 5 thousand people coming into our room and talking.
this semester was pretty amazing. its kinda upsetting that i JUST got into dorm life and A) i missed out on it for 3 semesters and B) our dorm is being renovated so we all have to move out. i just packed my boxes i have an after picture but its nothing without a before picture, it just looks like me and roomie made a cardboard fort. before i had the 7 std dwarves on my wall and a snowman made out of cotton balls and sea otters it was sweet-

anyway so im home and distracted again so im pretty sure i'll never write a real LJ entry

i finished my final exams yesterday- i got to take it early so im just gonna bum around school for a few days before i go home- our break is like 5 weeks or something like that so im not missing out on anything sticking around here for a while
we have to pack up EVERYthing in our dorms to get moved so its kinda wierd, this semester was ridiculous amounts of fun so it sucks that we're all getting broken up
anyway
- after my test me shawn maxx and mari went to ithaca to visit MF, get CTB and do letterboxing it was a good weekend
i got some sweet stamps so i def. wanna do more of it on LI

- be home friday.. around. 3..or 8..or 11 prob 8 ;)

halloween was great nicoelP came out to visit and she was geometrically confusing and i was a bumble bee / cowgirl (for part of the day) she went home with random cuts which i feel is a parting gift from cortland

um school has been pretty redonk in a great kinda way. my comp is broken most of the time though so that kinda sucks but...
food is still amazing, my classes are cool, my friends are all cool and we have Outrageous weekends.
weekends are filled with :drive somewhere cool like the mall in syracus, gay club in ithaca, bars in cortland (because ima 5 ft4 25 yr old), house parties, windsurfing, tree climbing with belay system and all that jazz, hikes, community bikes, my sweet hot pink bike, hallway magic carpet riding, boxing! and allll kinds of sports games liek RUGBYYYY
also we MAY or MAY not be kicked out of school this weekend for a B&E which should be worth it either way
im kept pretty busy here i sleep never but it works out so its all good. oct break im goint to VA and thanksgiving i may go to Boston with one of my friends from here but we're still working on those plans so im not sure yet.. thats why i wanted to know how long u kids were gonna be around for
anyway thats a pretty accurately sized nutshell if not i'll tell stories when i get home
